Price each space on its own
A listing can combine stalls, paddocks, pasture, RV pads and rooms — each with its own count and nightly rate. These are typical ranges from our beta listings in the Southeast.
Stall, per horse-night
$35 – $75
Matted stall, hay and water. Higher with fans, cameras or feed included.
Paddock or pasture
$20 – $40
Easy keepers love it; owners pay for turnout with shelter.
RV hookup
$25 – $50
30/50-amp with water. Full hookups near a show barn command the top of the range.
Room or grooms quarters
$55 – $120
Private bath and a kitchen push it higher. Traveling trainers book weeks at a time.
